The lens has some dust in front glass, and the focus ring is a little lose, but pulls without problem.
It woks perfect and the dust makes no difference in the picture.
I contacted Sigma, and to clean the dust and fix the focus ring it would cost 1140:- + shipping. But I don't think it's needed.
